About Ron Helman

Ron began his life coaching journey by attending CoachU. He has also mentored with Jay Perry, one of the founders of life coaching. For the past 15 years, Ron has worked as a full-time coach and is an invited member of the prestigious organization Conversation Among Masters. He has coached a myriad of clients, given master workshops, and attended many international coaching conventions. His approach is holistic, employing techniques that use the mind and spirit to achieve the goals he and his clients establish together.
Ron's background includes teaching at the Juilliard School Drama Department in New York City, as well as creating Ron’s C-57, a movement arts studio in Carnegie Hall. He has worked with many celebrities including Sting, Al Pacino, Julianne Moore, and Calvin Klein, plus countless high-level entertainment and business professionals whose livelihoods demand peak performance.
Ron also created Mileshigh Artists Management, representing the top talent of New York. He’s also an amazing award-winning jazz musician and recording artist, performing regularly in the Ron Helman Jazz Ensemble. Ron believes in bold actions and traveled to Antarctica with the National Geographic Explorer and astronaut Neil Armstrong for a 27-day exploration following in the footsteps of pioneer explorer, Ernest Shackleton.
